Hi my back wheel has disk brake and it is not free wheeling.
How do I adjust the brake, to sort this issue out?
Thanks

First thing to check is if the rear axle is fully seated in the dropouts.
If so and the brake is still rubbing, check the Park Tool site (http://www.parktool.com/repair/byregion.asp?catid=14&imageField2.x=15&imageField2.y=6) for instructions on setting up your specific brake type.

And, believe it or not, buy yourself a genuine Shimano quick release skewer. That just might fix it.

Agreed.
"Back in the day" when Ringle skewers first came out, I'd just bought a set and was speeding off to a group ride, reveling in the huge bling factor, weight savings and performance bonus they gave me (as if...).
I'd filtered up to a stoplight, intent on outsprinting the car next to me. When the light turned green, I jumped on the pedals, yanked the rear wheel out of the dropouts, and yardsaled into the middle of the busy intersection.
Later when I met up with the group, filthy and torn up from the crash, they all concurred: run stock cammed Shimano skewers and that won't happen.
