I have a 2002 Stumpjumper and I was at bike shop and they had a new wheelset of XT w/ Ryno lite rims for $100 that were disc compabable. My frame and fork both have the housing for disc. since my rear wheel is nearing the end of its life, I thought it might be worth it to get the wheels and convert the bike to disc.
So, my only question is the only other items I would need to buy are the brake levers, cable, housing that attaches to the frame / fork and the disc that goes to the wheel?
If there is anything I missed, let me know, also, what would be the ballpark to do this change?
