Anyone know a good route from Dallas to Austin to bike. I was thinking maybe down highway 67. I'm actually going to Killeen though, so I was looking at the western side of I-35.

Yuck... no I wouldn't recommend either of those. How much time do you have? Are you looking for the most direct route, or the scenic way? What's your personal comfort level with traffic? What kind of bike (and tires) are you going to use?
My tip: head over to Half Price Books and see if you can get an old copy of this book:

It has ALL the little backroads, paved and unpaved, so you can avoid the busy highways that have high speed traffic, and littered or disappearing shoulders.
