the flange broke off a Hershey Naked hub and now i'm looking for
a nice replacement. Campy shows nice pics of their track hub
but i can't find any in 24h drilling..

help!

if you're looking at the campy high flange track hub, you're pretty much out of luck as they don't manufacture them anymore. they still make the low flange hub though...

personally, i like the looks of the phil wood hubs, but they're pretty weighty.a high flange paul front hub might suit what you're looking for aesthetically.

AS an alternative, you could grab a 36 hole hub and lace it to your 24 rim. Basically, the hub will be running spoke-spoke-skip hole-spoke-spoke-skip hole, and so forth. This may open up your options quite a bit. I have been running a front wheel like this on a fixie for quite a while and no problems.

Chris King had a run of 24 hole front hubs a couple of years back, some may still be floating around. I have a red 24 hole King built on a red Ritchey Aero rim with Revolutions and it's pretty trick. Also really, really light!!
