I had changed the PM settings to slow down a spammer, but now they're too restrictive.

Floodcheck - Minimum Time Between Messages should be set back to 30.

Also, under the Registered Usergroup | Private Message Permissions | Maximum Recipients to Send PMs at a time: the current setting is 10, which is somewhat restrictive. If that could be raised to 15, that would be just great.
