Great Lakes - Bike the Drive

Anyone planning on being there?? Mrs. Kimbercop and I have a hotel room on the lake and will be off with the sunrise. My 1st ride of the year, its gonna hurt. I'm sure she'll drop me.

Believe it or not we are going. Mrs. P picked up the packets tonight.

Ive got a friend from work going too, stayingin the same hotel. He's not a serious rider, he'll be riding his hybrid. He just bought a used road bike (GT) but his girlfriend will be on her hybrid, sooo...

I will be riding my cross bike and hauling the trailer with little p.

Hoping to just have some fun.

Didn't happen. I wore a BF jersey. We are at the north rest stop now. Love this smart phone thing. Little P is still not happy aabout waking at 4:30 but like all bike rides he is enjoying it with his usual quiet appreciation

All done and in the park listening to music and enjoying a coffee. Just heard a teammate other than JF won a race today. Good day.

Did the North section at sun rise. Had a room for the night on Michigan Ave and had a nice time. Ride was short, only 15 miles or so due to my knee feeling like jelly. Home with ice on it now.
