I have a 135mm DT Swiss 240s rear hub but I've sold off my bikes that have 135mm rear drop outs. I want to reuse these hubs for my road bikes with 130mm drop outs. Is it possible to convert the 135mm rear to 130mm ?

Sell them and buy the correct size.

Yes.
You just need some different end-caps to snap onto the existing axle. Contact a DTSwiss dealer and they should be able to order the parts for you.
