That's been there for about 2 months at least. Notice that some of it near the top has been washed away. Maybe she said no???

I wish I have better Google skills to get to the bottom of this. One possible scenario: they rode up together and she didn't appreciate the difficulty of the ride, and thus her saying no to the proposal.
