I would guess it would be too wide and clumsy to use on some of the narrow track roads. An Xtracycle with some folding tables would probably work better. Good idea in general.

A solution in search of a problem.. I second the solar panel and laptop option as it's lighter weight and you wouldn't need to pedal that monstrosity down the road.

Seems like one would need rather long arms to both pedal and steer. Silly, inappropriate techinologogical answer often favored by the ill-informed. Sorta like the digital divide in the US. Hmmm, maybe if children weren't subject to constant violence, they might learn more.

To be fair, I don't think that the operator's seat is where the driver would sit. I think that the seat for the person peddling is in the picture hidden by the display box.
