Training & Nutrition - Wow, this section gets very little action
Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Funny that nutrition is si important but this section of the forum gets so little action
I guess people like talking about improving equipment more than talking about improving the engine.
Maybe more people actually use the search function in this section.

Quality not quantity.
A lot of people post the questions in other forums... such as the racing forum.

HI Rumrunn ;I think a lot of what would come to training and nutrition gets absorbed in the other forums but maybe if people had a place to tell individual training and nutrition facts or follies we could get more imput to this very important forum but I have not one bright idea./Kenneth:crash:

Plus, some people realize that advice in this section might be harsher than others where the variety of solutions is greater. So they post in those locations for consolation.

maybe the advice here is so good that more people read the articles instead of adding to them. thats what ive been doing.
