Classic and Vintage Bicycles: What's it Worth? Appraisals and Inquiries - What should I pay for these?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. These two oldies caught my eyes and I see a tough yet fun project ahead of me, yes I reposted, the name CCM proberly made people turn away lol but yeah red is 100$ and Old missing pieces one is 80$ the missing pieces one has a stuck seat pole and is rusty.

Somewhere between free and $10 each.
Kinda what I was thinking, THe one thats compleat maybe i'd pay 50$ if I really wanted it, it seems in fair condition but needs work to make road worthy, as for the other well yeah, any one have a picture of one compleated?

I could see the red one bringing more than $10.00 if it's only in need of tires, tubes and some bearing maintenance. Not $100.00 though, unless it's a legitimate lightweight with Reynolds 531 tubing. $20.00 or $25.00 wouldn't be unreasonable in the right circumstances.

And you better have ready access to parts. Incomplete bikes can be money pits as you search for that one missing part.
