see that button below captioned "Go Advanced"? Click that. Takes you to a new page. Type text in the big grey box, like I'm doing now. Below the box are two buttons, below them a section "Additional Options" containing an area with a button to Manage attachments. Click the Manage Attachments button and browse your machine to select the pic to attach.
