I believe from the serial number N1F1577 that it was one assembled in Japan in the early '80's. I found this thread interesting from a year ago, don't know if it was part of that, but whoever owned it put a Campy Gran Sport front and rear, Campy pedals and cranks, and Diacomp side pull. The only made in Japan is the handlebars which on the right side are stamped Sakei and on the left Raleigh.
