Absolutely no info in the ad. Plus, the seller thinks that a tricycle is a bicycle.
I don't know the answer.

I don't recognize it, but it looks vaguely like a China Mascot product. Considering the detailed write-up, (NOT!!!) I suspect it's a scam posting.

It looks a lot like a Terratrike Path with the 8-speed option:

But the seat supports don't look right.
