I need to replace a missing screw on one of cleats and I can't seem to find the diameter listed anywhere. Anyone have any idea?
I know that I can buy the replacement set, it's not that I'm cheap, it's just that after getting burned yet again by the local bike shop, I've lost all faith in them.
A little effort would do them a world of good. I called to ask them if they had the screws on hand, and the reply I received was "yeah we should". ?? Either you do or you don't, "we should" is just a lazy answer. Especially, when you co-own the business and are talking to a potential customer.
I'd really like to use my cleats for a longer ride. So, I'm thinking of a trip to the hardware store to find a temporary replacement.
I think that they're 5mmx10mm, but I'm not positive.
thanks.
