Road Cycling - A website about flats

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Can anyone direct me to a website, or tell me everything I need to know about flats? I had my first in 2 years today, and didn't have a presta valved tube on me (riding solo :) )
And just another question, what's the difference in speed with tires at 80 psi and at 90 psi? Is it worth while to get tires that can hold 120 or so?
Here ya go http://www.parktool.com/repair_help/FAQtires.shtml
I happen to like hard tires, as they offer less rolling resistance, hence a faster ride. I ride Panaracer Stradius (150 psi) on a steel frame (Lemond) so the frame mitigates some of the inherent harshness of a harder tire. Now on my Cannondale I run Continental Sprinters (sewups) at 170psi, which is a harsh ride, but fast as all get out.
