I just got this frame and am setting it up with a Campy Centaur group. The cranks came with, I believe, Italian threaded cups judging from their former home on an Eddy Merckx MX Leader. These do not fit in the look, which is not surprising, but the threading on the look actually it smaller than these cups. I'm thinking that this frame (circa 2004 I believe) would be standard ISO/English cup size, but can anyone out there confirm it for me? The interwebs is not yielding such mundane info very easily.

Thanks!

If the Italian cups are too large for the bottom bracket threads that makes it almost certain the frame is English threaded. Italian cups are 36 mm diameter and right hand threaded on both sides. English/ISO cups are 1.37" (34.8 mm) and left-hand threaded on the drive side/right-hand threaded on the non-drive side.

My KG386i frame from 2004 is English threaded.

All look frames have English BB threads.

Thanks for the help. I ended up finding a local shop that stocks a lot of Campy stuff and they were able to get me sorted out. Anyone needing a set of Campy Italian BB cups, drop a line!
