Any ideas? serial number is KJ401XXXX I'm thinking maybe a 'Club' based on the short flat seat stay caps and f&r fender eyelets.

If so, it has been repainted. 85 Club was red.

At least once.....there're at least 2 different colors under the rattle can blue.
