So u see, I have this MTB with v brakes, they stop very nicley and are very well adjusted. The problem is that the front right pad keeps rubbing on the wheel while im riding (especially on right turns). I know u have to play with those little screws to adjust it, but im not sure if ur supposed to adjust the one thats giving u a problem, or the oppisite one, im also not sure which way to turn it.

And could it also be that something else needs adjusting??? your help is greatly appreciated!!!

The screws put tension on the spring when you tighten them, pulling that side OUT and the other side inward. Really, your brakes should only need adjustment via the screws if the brake arms are off center/uneven. If its rubbing make sure the wheel is true by spinning the rim and watching/listening for a point where the pad rubs the rim in one particular spot.

Also, at the risk of pointing out the obvious, make sure it's mounted dead center in the fork properly.

I'm wondering if the suspension fork legs are allowing the wheel to move a little too much. (the right turns part has me suspicious). Maybe check the fork for proper adjustment (preload, air pressure, etc. for whatever kind of fork it is).

Its normal, wheels flex.

Yeah, I have adjusted my brakes once or twice only to realize the wheel wasn't seated properly.
