With wheels it's only a pound heavier than the Roubaix with no wheels on it.
It rides like a dream, and fits like a glove.

Do your ears pop from the altitude drop when you get down in the drops?

Probably, but only because of the speed increase.
Nice looking ride Nomad. I -heart- lugged carbon frames.

It's "I <3 lugged..." My daughter taught me that.

I've always thought it was kinda funny that "Blue" bikes aren't blue.

how tall are you? i've always been curious what it'd feel like to have such a uber race position bike setup, my bars are just barely lower than my saddle and i look decently aero in the mirror.

6'2" tall. Definitely need to get a zero setback seat post, nice and shiny carbon one.
The Blue bikes are blue, except for this year the RC8 also comes in red.
My Blue TT is ... uh.. Blue

That rear wheel has 38985 km on it since October 2007, without one broken spoke. The front is the stock ALEX rim that came on my 2005 roubaix. It's probably got well over 10,000 miles on it. It's not nearly in as good a condition.
That's 24224 miles for you PCad...

I'd add that the rear wheel only cost me $30 to have built .. i supplied spokes/rim/hub

I'm similar to Nomad (tall with a low position). I wonder how much height has to do with ease of getting into an aggressive position. My back is horizontal when I'm in the drops with slightly bent elbows.
