Hi,

I'm new to this site and I was wondering how much this bike is worth. http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/bik/1183085663.html
I don't know how much vintage bikes are worth but a lot of the stuff in the Vancouver CL looks overpriced. I am curious to know how much this Mercier road bike is really worth. http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/bik/1181127532.html

Both of those bikes are high, probably over priced. The Mercier has unique value because of the claim it's never been ridden. I don't know how you prove that, but it's probably mint and that adds to the value.
The Nishiki Rally is an entry level model, probably the lowest entry level for that year. If it was $100 it might be worth it. I might even go $125 if it's in ready to ride condition, but $200 is high. However, your area may be different than what I'm used to and the $200 Nishiki may be what bikes sell for where you live. Also, is that US or Canadian $$$
Note: THere's quite a size difference between those bikes. I don't think the rider of one can easily change to the other.

Thanks. Those prices are Canadian. The Mercier bike I was really just curious about but I'm sure the Nishiki is best for my height.
