Later (post '83?) Le Tours, Le Tour Luxes & Super Le Tours with quality butted tubing (4130, True Temper, Columbus) might fetch $200 or more depending on the market, model and condition. But 1020 tubed ones won't.

Here in depressed Detroit I paid $150 for an '85 Super Le Tour (Columbus Tenax tubing, Suntour Cyclone derailleurs, etc) in very good condition.

I'll leave the "what to do with it" question to the experienced flippers, however I doubt you'd get enough out of it for what you need to put into it. But if it's your size & you're up for a project it might be an OK ride.
