Got lost on way back from auburn, staying by outlets. Anybody got any suggestions or wanna ride tomorrow?
Time to check out pool.....
I might be up for a ride tomorrow. It'll depend on how the legs feel. Did a century yesterday and just returned from a 38 mile "recovery" ride. I put that in quotes because it really wasn't, although my HR never hit zone 4.
I rode right past where you are a couple of hours ago....

Mateo,
Is your bike OK? Sounded like you had bike damage after the crash.

Nah.. I feared he'd joined Jimmy Cash in the joint. Cyclings' not too common there.
Good ride! Another, uh, interesting? recovery ride attempt. I came in at 46.76 miles (Mateo, you'd be about 20 less) and 2100 feet. My HR monitor said I spent a grand total of 2 minutes in zone 4. So maybe that does count for recovery?

Joel, thanks again for showing me around, some pretty nice asphalt up there. Here's the only pic I took and of course it doesn't include any riding.

Henry, damage to bike is front wheel & rear derailleur. Also, replacing front fork as I just picked one up as the Pedal Force one never quite felt 'right'.
Yeah, we've got some good roads. I took you on all of them...ha! Next time, we'll hit the other hills and the asphalt isn't nearly as nice. But the climbs are good and not much traffic on most of 'em. We'll hit a day when I'm fresh and not coming off 2 other days. If that cardio improvement continues I should be able to keep up on the hills a little easier.
