I guess I'm used to the "traffic" of the midwest now, which is 4-9 cars at a stoplight. Funny, i could speed like a possessed college student (oh wait..... i am!) down I-70 into town and pass all of a half dozen cars. Those were the days... granded I hate TH with th passion of a thousand suns... but driving was a pleasure.

Our work building moved in a more populated part of the NoVa area (reston) and i have had the "joy" of commuting. The drive that should not take more then 30mins (going the speed limit) takes the greater part of an hour, even during off peak hours. Although i can say that i have gotten more in touch with my local radio stations, they keep me sane during the morning commutes. Although i have worked out a schedule between work and class and biking that should keep me away from rush hour (and by hour i mean three).

So this is my rant about not being able to speed.... Its such a sad a lonly world when its not passing by fast.... (i think I'm addicted to speed)... (no not the drug....)...(this is also me being bored at work)....

I feel you spaze. I've been riding the parkway and I just love zooming by all the people sitting there in their cars. We play leapfrog so I'll see the same cars maybe 2 or 3 times.

you can blab on the net at work? what job is this?

Interning, doing computer programming... although the last few days its been computer installation, waiting for complies, software installs, updates. we moved buildings and now all my machines are gone :( So i get to make them all again. needless to say this lends to a lot of free time. Later this week when i get all this stuff running I'll have very little free time.
