I would like to try one out, and find one for sale, but it looks like the retailers are all East Coast.
Anyone in the Berkeley area have one, maybe even for sale?

in SF they have some downtubes. at the time when i was looking this was the only place in the area that i could find that carried downtubes. not sure if other shops have started carrying them since. not sure if they are open today though. but if you go there try not to go during peak cal-train commute times cause it can get pretty busy cause they offer free bike parking for train riders so you might need to wait to get some service.

Warm planet is good, but if I recall Berkeley has a few downtube dealers.
