I've had some Red Bull Cola (still have one can at home), and I sure didn't notice any strange effects. Of course, I've never tried cocaine, so maybe I just didn't recognize the effects?
What kind of effect is it?

Did you not notice the desire to go out and buy lots more Red Bull Cola?
If you are not careful, it will overtake your desire for pie.

If the Germans found it at a low level, I wonder if it can show up in a urinalysis for drugs if a person drinks a lot of it.

In fact, cocaine is a byproduct of manufacturing cola. Coca Cola Co. removes it from the coca leaves and sells it to a pharmaceutical company.
