After all my searching I finally decided on a bike that more than fits the budget. Phoned the owner of the business, got all my questions answered. As with most Mfg's now days building about everything from tools to toys. The owners spec out the bike design and parts and they (Asia) builds it.
Anyway, the bike is the "Lite Ride", if you care to read the ebay ad and specs it's here....
