I called them up and asked them to send me one piece. A stay that goes between their mini front deck rack and the cantilever boss. They can't. Apparently I have to go to the dealer, have them determine the problem, have them contact Norco, and then go through them to get the part.

It's a simple matter of putting it in an envelope and sending it to me.

I had a similiar situation with Burley and the part was here in 1.5 days. I mean jeez.. they really need to get their act together.
