Well, this weekend is it..I'll be participating in the Grand Rapids MS150 on Fri. and Sat. I just started riding about 4 mos ago. I purchased a vintage 87 Cannondale from ebay and have trained my butt off.

I'm nervous and excited. I come to this forum daily and read more than I type, with all the knowledgable folks on here, do any of you have any advice for me regarding this weekends event? I'll take all the information, advice I can get.

My sis-in-law lost her Mother at a very young age due to MS. I'll be riding for her and all those afflicted with this terrible disease.

Thanks in advance for all your information, advice and, support as most of you are class acts.

FYI-The weather forcast is calling for rain with temps in the 80s both days... :(

Once you get wet, you can't get any wetter. Eat before you get hungry, drink before you get thirsty, don't stop for more than 10 minutes at each rest stop and find someone cute with strong hands to massage your tired legs at the end of each day.
