Anyone know about this frame? It looks interesting and I have most of the parts to build it. I don't know about the price. I have paid $100 for frame and fork but it was a Trek Reynolds 531.

medium sized 53cm univega competizone chromoly frame with matching shimano fork, adjustable rear drop-outs perfect for single speed or fixie.. new never ridden pearl white factory paint in perfect condition
$80.00 cash only

that's a nice Univega frame, although the "Shimano" fork is actually a Univega fork with Shimano ends, I bet. At any rate, if it's truly in mint condition, it's worth it...and in OC maybe even a bit of a bargain.
edit: BTW, it's probably made by Miyata, note the diamond lug piercing.

Buy it. It $80 brand new. Hard chromed rear dropouts. Shouldn't just be a cheapy frame.

I picked up the frame. It has had parts on it but it's very clean. Maybe 2 small nicks in the paint.
It's a Ben Lawee design frame. I did a little research and I don't know if it makes it special but the paint color is really nice.
The guy threw in a Campagnola BB and a new looking Suntour head set. It must be for a mountain bike.
I might need to get some better parts than what I have laying around. I know I don't have a FD that would work.
Here's a few pics.

Ben Lawee is just the importer/owner of the Univega enterprise (as well as Italvega, Bertoni and was a major Motobecane guy). But anyway, it's a beautiful looking frameset and sounds like you got a steal!
Enjoy it! If it were mine I'd go for a SunTour Superbe build. Ask in the WTB sub-forum for parts, some of us may have what you desire.

Glad you bought it.

I will warn you against using an external cam rear skewer on those dropouts. You'll find good old internal cams won't slip on that chrome.
