We were coming home after school and my 9 year old asked if I would go to "Backwards Land" and I asked what would happen in Backwards Land...

Would your sister be really stupid ?

Would you be really stupid ?

Would I be really ugly ?

:D

She said... "You would look the same but your back wouldn't hurt anymore".

I said, "That would be nice".

And then she said, "But you would be mean".

Guess we won't be taking any trips to Backwards Land.

My oldest daughter and I were talking about this ancient bike I wanted to get for The Girl and she said if I did, I would score some serious boyfriend points and probably "level up" a few times.

I was trying to feed my 10-month old some cereal and he said, "Blubbububmomomomomblublbububub!"

Is was so cute but I asked my wife where he learned such language! I hope it isn't the other kids in the neighborhood teaching him that stuff!

One of the nurses taking care of my dad at the stroke rehab center is really really really hot. When my nephew first saw her he said, "Hubba Hubba" when she picked him up. The little guy was staring straight down her shirt.

We have a philosophy for kids program in our building. The kids were asked if they ever heard Socrates or Plato. One of them said, "we already know all about soccer teams and play-doh." :roflmao:

I was on this MUP a couple of weeks ago and the MUP is actually made up of 2 trails, one for peds/walkers and runners and the other trail for bikes and skates. Ahead of me was a dad and his little daughter, both on bikes. A path led off of the trail and stenciled on the ground are the words "PED ONLY". The little girl goes riding down this path and her dad tells her not to ride her bike down there. She asks, "Why not? It says pedaling only." I thought that was witty of her.

A couple of weeks ago several groups of young kids(maybe 1st graders??) were taking a tour of the hospital where I work. My boss was trying to talk to them and keep them entertained. So he asks them... "Have any of you ever been to a hospital before". A boy immediately pipes up and says "Uh, I think we've all been to a hospital...we were born weren't we?"
