The Fredcast (show 126) used my audio report on the Davis Double. You can do the usual podcast thing, or listen on the web page. I come in at about 41 minutes.

I'm a star!

"And Im a Fred too". Nice report Curtis.

Also, the insight into Bob Roll's vocabulary is very 'insightful'. I lost interest in the FredCast a while ago, but think I will resub.

Yes, you certainly are.

I'm almost convinced to try a double; you people all sound so reasonable and sane. ;)

Curtis, It was a lot of fun watching you chase people around for interviews...Speaking like an editor to a cub reporter..." You've got Moxie kid!"

Nice report, it sounded like it should be on NPR :)

Because of added degree of difficulty, UCI rules state that every mile ridden with an unset broken bone actually counts as 3 so by my math...

50 before you broke your wrist + 50 after you broke it = 200

After your Solvang HTFU I think you have a double in you. But let's get you all healed up first.

That was great Curtis - I really enjoyed that.

So, do you live in an aviary then?

You're too sweet!

I rode the trainer today w/o my softcast...I felt nekkid. I'm not road-ready yet (lack of flexibility and strength) but it was a taste of things to come.

A Double is def. on my Bucket List. The short list.

We have a cockatiel. By accident.
Mt son, who was a park student-ranger at the time, was closing the office at Black Diamond Mines. some guy brought him a cockatiel he caught on the trail.
We called around, posted notices, looked at lost pet ads but couldn't find his home.
He's a attractive bird, but thinks he needs to constantly be vocal.

I still wish I could find him a home as he makes me a bit nuts. (Want a bird?)

I didn't notice the bird sounds when i recorded. I think I just thought it was him live when I played it back.

Great podcast Curtis ... So what's going to be your next double? Really enjoyed it. I think you may have another career in the waiting ... doing century ride podcast reports.

I really wanted to do the Eastern Sierra, but my Masters project is due this week, and I'm not sure exactly what my schedule is.
I don't think I can get all the logistics together to go even if i finish next week.

Short answer: No idea. But I hope whatever i do it isn't hot!
