I found a Gary Fisher Marlin bike at the local pawn shop. I could prob get it for 150-175. It has a yellow and blue frame on it. Are these good bikes? I might pick it up just to play with.

Edit: Forgot to mention that im like 6ft 1 ~350

It's a decent bike. Make sure it's the right frame size, though. You'll likely need their XL frame.

I doubt they will know. Whats the size of a XL frame? And where do i measure?

Measure from the center of the cranks to the center of the top tube. XL should be somewhere in the 21"-23" range.

At 6'1 you are right between a Large and XL, both sizes should be just fine.. You measure from the middle of the BB to the top of the downtube... Large should be 20" and XL is 22 or 23" size..

I ride a Large Fisher and I am 6'3 with a 34" inseam..

I'm 6'2". I used to have a Gary Fisher Cake 3 and it was the 21" Frame. It was great while I was riding, but I always thought it was a touch to big for me. When I straddled the bike the top tube was a bit high. However, the next size down was way to small. Weird.
