$250 would be a little high for me. $200 isn't too bad, though. If everything is in good shape and works well that would be a good price.

I got a completely original '74 on eBuy for $167, including shipping across the country, so even 2 bills seems a bit much.

Ive been seeing Pro's and Internationals go for 300 or around on ebay lately...

You could do better, I say wait it out if youre willing to throw money like that around.
