ehh, i wouldnt go with an unproven brand for nutritional needs.
If your looking for something like whey, BCAA's, creatine...go with Opimum Nutrition. Recognized brand. Consistent top 50 seller on bodybuilding.com. Sold at GNC. Very reasonable prices.
If you want an energy or premium protein suppliment go with BSN..NO explode is good. Syntha 6 is an awsome protein. Both taste amazing, but its a little pricy
