Your thread title says 406, and the OP says 451... are you aware of the difference between the 2? :)

Anyway, re-reading your post seems you do know the diffs and want a narrow 406 version... I haven't seen them anywhere. Narrowest is 28mm.

narrowest I've seen is the conti GP in 406x28, or 20 x1-1/8
the other trouble would be getting a 406mm rim in 14mm or 15mm internal width.
