Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. A friend of mine has an AMF Evel Knievel bicycle that he has owned since he was a kid and he wants to know what its worth. The bike is used, minus a few decals, but for the most part its a complete bike. Does anybody know who to talk to about getting it appraised? Maybe a website?
Thanks.

Is it a 10 speed or BMX style? As far as a bike, AMF bikes get very little consideration. An EK collector would probably be much more interested in it.
Condition of any collectible is VERY dependent on condition. A serious EK collector will want the bike to be mint shape and in original condition. The prices drop rapidly after that.
Here is a link to an EK collector's site.

And because we love pictures here on C&V, here is a pic of an EK BMX bike that I just stole off of the internets.

Thanks for the reply.
Its a BMX style bike like that one in the picture, only more "original".
I found this on the link you posted and just as I suspected its a rare item in demand.
"Items that are harder to find but very much in demand are:
- Evel Knievel Halloween costumes
- Evel Knievel AMF bikes
- Helmets and clothing that he wore during jumps and events
