General Cycling Discussion - Pinhead vs Pitlock

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I want to get one of these anti-theft skewers. Pitlocks are a bit more expensive, but I heard they don't rust... although not too many who have used Pinheads have complained about rust (to my knowledge).
Which one should is the best to invest in?
I have both. Pitlocks are expensive, but high quality. I like them. I bought a used bike to be a beater and it came with Pinhead skewers. I don't like them at all, the 'wrench' slips easily and I have a hard time getting the skewer really tight
