I recently installed a Reelight SL100 flashing compact generator set.

The mounting point go's under the skewer and is concave. Allowing only a small area of the bracket to make contact with the dropout. The metal bracket looks sort of strong? But I’m concerned if it could causes stress on my forks, hub or rear triangle, of not under proper pressure?

I can't really tell you about pressure on the generator, but a general rule of thumb for QR levers is that it should be tight enough to leave an impression of the lever in the palm of your hand. So it should be pretty snug.

pressure on the generator?

I'm asking if anyone thinks the bracket is a weak link, allowing flecks that could cause damage to my bike or possibly dangerous.
