I bought my bike on 05/22/09 and although the delivery day quote was off by a day, mainly because of memorial day. I had them order my bike, Specialized Allez Sport, shoes and pedals. They called me yesterday and said it was in and ready to go.

When I went to pick it up I found everything ready and in working order. They were really busy but Jim took his time to set me up on the trainer and teach me how to adjust the clipless pedals myself and use them since I've never used them before. And the 'good on ya' part? When he pulled the shoe box out the first words out of his mouth were 'they sent us the wrong shoes... so we decided to give you the elite's for the same price.'

This is hands down the reason I came to this shop. I had heard they would take care of their customer and they proved it. So Jim gave me shoes that were 2-3 levels above the shoe that I had purchased and didn't charge me a penny more. So I wanted to give props where props were due.

I go back in mid June to do my fitting. :D

Good place to shop. Jim is really a true bike guy. Everytime I get another vintage ride I always stop in (they are about 5 blocks from my house) and show it off. He really liked the Schwinn tiger I showed up with the other day and they always know I will eventually buy something for it from them. Whenever I need something its nice they are so close and I can just pop in and pick it up. I also like to take a lot of business to Brian at Trailside in Orting. He is a good guy and has been around the bike business since he was a kid working at the old Schwinn shop on East Main in Puyallup.
