Very simple folding action is the claim to novelty. Folds the rear wheel under, and the front sits next to the rear after rotating the steerer 180deg. Handlebars fold flat. Basically a novel combination of the Giant canti-levered axle idea with the fold-under rear wheel.

By adding a fold to get rid of the sticking out saddle, it would fold quite as small as the IF mode, but with a much simpler folding action. The designer estimates a street price of between $1k and $2k.
