I've recently bought 25 feet of Suntour stainless (bare) housing, which I am willing to sell pieces of to BF members. I've also ordered a dozen of the chrome plated stepped ferrules with 4mm diameter where the cable exits, for people who need those.

The Suntour stuff is somewhat smaller in diameter than the housing that's Campagnolo on my Super-Record-equipped bike, that I assume came with the SR rear derailer -- 4.15 mm as opposed to 4.5 or more. Campagnolo derailer cable from the mid-80s does fit through it, no problem. I have tried to insert some teflon liner into The Suntour housing, and couldn't. I don't ever remember seeing this type of housing lined, though.

I'll charge my cost as I said above: 7.5 cents per cm, and 20 cents for a stepped ferrule, plus postage. The length that's on my bike seems to be about 20 cm. If I can't get it out this week, I will be out of town from the 6th to the 14th of June; so it won't be posted until I return. PM me with USPS shipping address, specifying what length you want, and how many ferrules, and I'll respond with my email for PayPal payments. I'll also accept a personal check.

FYI: Bicycle Classics sells the Campagnolo housing in 21 cm lengths with ferrules for $6/20 cm, or $8 if you want the stepped ferrule.
