Has any tried or can tell me if they have tried to mix Rust-o-leum paint to get a paint match. I am trying to match Schwinns Aqua Blue. Thanks in advance.

Sorry you can no longer color match on rust-oleum. They do not make a tint base. If you have a very light or pastel color you might be able to get close but the darker colors, never happen.
go to a hobby shop and buy a few of the little jars (1 oz??) of enamel they sell for painting models. Experiment with mixing among them until you get close. Buy a few little brushes too.
Unless you're looking to paint a large portion of the bike. If that's the case, no eye mixing in the world will get you close enough to actually look good. Even computer color matching is not perfect and generally does not look good enough "side by side".
