1. What year was the Eros last made in 24 speed?
2. What year is the attached Eros in your estimation.
3. I can't tell if the color is Celeste from the photo or not.

Wow, not much to go on.
1) Don't know.
2) Mid-late nineties, 1995-99 perhaps because it has similar qualities to my 1999 Campione.
- Split rear brake housing instead of braze-ons for full housing routing (this characteristic was on my 1991 Campione too).
- My 1999 Campione had 8-speed Campy Avanti/Mirage.
- Looks possibly to have a shaped (MegaPro shaped) downtube and shaped stays like my 1999 Campione. My 1991 Campione had straight downtube and stays.
- My 1999 Campione had Celeste tires too.
- Don't see downtube shifters and the levers have that Campy Ergo shifter shape. May have barrel adjusters brazed on headtube like my 1999 Campione instead of downtube shifter bosses.
- My 1991 Campione had 7 speeds so it is most likely newer than 1991.
3) Looks too light to be Celeste but it could just be the pic.

The frame is MegaPro. The FD = Avanti, RD = Mirage, CXP-21 rims and more photos

Dang I'm good :D
I just happen to buy a used 1999 Campione to replace my 1991 Campione and it had the exact spec's. Are the shifters Avanti too?
BTW, the 1999 frame is 4lbs 1oz versus 5lbs 6oz for the 1991 frame.

Looks like it has the Miche Aluminum head set too and the "Made in Italy" sticker on the headtube as well.
It looks lugged too which my Campione is not. Can't tell if it's fully lugged though.
And I'm pretty sure it's not Celeste though.
Are you thinking of buying it? It's in much better cosmetic shape than my 1999 Campione was.

Actually, I am thinking of buying it. I'll find out about the shifters.

The head tube looks lugged, the BB shell does not.

Looking at the photos on different computer, the color _could_ be Celeste. Hard to be sure though.

I have confirmation that the color is not Celeste. The current owner also said he bought it in 2001, but the components and color don't fit '01 or '00.

Buy it, it looks like a sweet bike...
From the pics I too would have to say late 90's early 2000 due to the braze ons, the front fork and the Bianchi "Campion del Mondo" decal.
