I was in a car garage, filled my tires... "BOOOM" (it was really loud). I fixed the flat, went to put the wheel back on (this is one of those 1970s wheels where there isn't a QR)... and from then on my drivetrain is squeeky... it didn't respond to lubing it up. Any ideas?

Uhh? Your tire goes boom then after you fixed the wheel and reinstalled it, it squeeked? Can you tell specifically what is squeeking? Maybe by some chance when you took the wheel off you also loosened the bearing race in the hub or vice versa when you installed the wheel? Did you check for play or rough spinning action in the axle on the hub? If the hub is good maybe the freewheel needs a lube job? I could guess all night here.
