Hi

I from Richmond R.I. and have been commuting to work by bicycle for over a year now. I ride a fixed gear most of the time. In the past year I've quit smoking, lost 27lbs, lowered my blood pressure and have become a much nicer person (according to my wife). I only wish I "discoverd cycling" 15 years ago.

I've been bicycling, since I was 12, to just about everywhere I wanted to go. Now I wish I'd been chock full of vices, that I shed after mairage, so that my wife would find improvement in me. Then, maybe she'd leave me alone about the dishes stacked in the sink.
