Hello guys, I have this problem, that I find sortof annoying, I have a pretty heavy bike yet some days, I can push it really fast*even if it's not made to* Like I can go in the highest gears on my bike without any problems at all and If I could I'd go even faster on even harder gears, but some other days like today, I was at a really low gears, and it was feeling hard and heavy.

It doesn't feel like I'm tired actually, it just feels like, my gears are higher and harder than what they should be but they aren't.

I'd really like to minimize the number of these days since it's a lot less enjoyable to cycle during these days and I'd like to have a quick and permanent solution to that problem.

Thanks a lot to whoever will help me ! :D

That's perfectly normal; those are signs of tired legs :)

:( oh man ... xD quite possible though... I went from not biking at all to over 50 km per days really fast LoL... so I bet more riding would be the solution eh...
*omg... stupid body... the cardio is up for the job but not the muscles LoL what a shame *

make sure you rest enough and keep up on nutrition to lessen the amount of rides like that although it is normal sometimes.

I agree with Jynx. Make sure you rest sufficiently (active athletes should have 8-9 hours of sleep a night) and keep track of your nutrition!
