Thanks for the link. I checked the bikeiowa.com links and maps. The latest I could find was dated 2003.

Does anybody know of a more recent map?

Thanks for the offer, but I'm not sure when I will be there. It's in the early planning stages now.

I heard/read that you can no get from the Raccoon River Trail to downtown Des Moines on a MUP. Is that true?
