I took the time to register today. I've been reading the forums for awhile. I've been struggling with lot's of injurys the past couple of years. (like a lot of people who hit 40) I treated myself to a new bike this spring, a kestrel 200sci. I hope to maintain some renewed enthusiasm for riding. I can remember when I spent more time on my bike then anywhere else. Life itself seems to take away some energy these days.

Hi and Welcome.

You sound a bit down and depressed.

I didn't discover biking until I was 58. and it was new for me. Hope you and your bike can also "rediscover" biking, as it is great exercise and a great way to keep sort of young as you get into the 50's and 60's.

Find new and exciting things to do on your bike.
