My state may have it's screwed up points here and there, but even if you live in New York our state song is better than yours.

Yes dear, usually you hear it in the beginning of Spring via tourist ads - surrounding states probably hear it more than you or I do.

Michigan's song sort of sounds like Oh Tannenbaum.. Reminds me of Christmas.. I like that.

Yeah, I don't think Hoagy Carmichael ever wrote a good song for Illinois.

I'm also of the mind that Ray Charles version of "America the Beautiful" should suplant "The Star Spangled Banner" as the national anthem.
